About Me
Hi, I’m Ruchitha, an aspiring business leader driven by a deep curiosity about why people make the choices they do. I plan to major in Business and minor in Psychology to understand the human tendencies behind demand, decision-making, and market behavior. I’m particularly interested in how consumer psychology, leadership dynamics, and strategic thinking intersect to shape successful businesses and sustainable growth.
I currently serve as the Lead of my school’s Entrepreneurship Club, where I’ve taken initiative in guiding teams, organizing events, and transforming ideas into structured plans. This role has strengthened my ability to think analytically, communicate clearly, and lead with both confidence and empathy. I enjoy working in environments that challenge me to balance logic with creativity and strategy with people skills.
Beyond academics, I am deeply involved in sports and creative leadership, both of which have played a crucial role in shaping my discipline and teamwork. I actively participate in football, cricket, and basketball, experiences that have taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of collaboration under pressure. On the creative side, I have contributed extensively to school events as an anchor, actor in skits, backdrop designer, coordinator, and most notably as the Head Choreographer, where I lead teams, design performances, and manage execution from concept to stage.
These experiences have helped me develop a leadership style that is dynamic, people-focused, and results-oriented. Whether I am directing a performance, captaining a team, or leading a business discussion, I value clear vision, mutual respect, and thoughtful decision-making. I believe that the strongest leaders are those who understand both numbers and narratives — data and human emotion.
This portfolio is a curated reflection of my academic interests, leadership experiences, and creative pursuits. It represents my journey as a student constantly learning, evolving, and preparing to contribute meaningfully to a rigorous university environment and, eventually, the business world.
